Mike & Lisa Riley

Mike Riley - Artist

I began painting about eight years ago after my physician encouraged me to find a creative outlet following my Parkinson's disease diagnosis. Before then, I had never picked up a paintbrush. What started as a recommendation quickly became a daily passion and an important part of my life.

Today, I specialize in watercolor paintings of homes, architectural subjects, and custom house portraits. I've had the privilege of exhibiting my work in several galleries, receiving Best of Show awards, and having one of my paintings selected as one of 50 pieces accepted worldwide for the World Parks and Recreation Congress.

Painting brings me joy every day, and I'm grateful to share that passion through Riley Watercolors.

Lisa Riley - Artist

I'm a retired school teacher and watercolor artist with a passion for creating colorful, expressive artwork. I enjoy painting abstract pieces and pet portraits, capturing personality and emotion through watercolor.

I've been painting for many years and encouraged Mike to begin his own artistic journey. Today, we're proud to share our artwork together through Riley Watercolors, where each of us brings our own style and inspiration to every piece we create.
